Love this store

This is the second time I buy here and the first time getting an album. I was a little scared bc when I get them from Amazon they get pretty damage since Amazon only puts the album in a padded envelope. And since the packaging here is plastic I was bitting my nails of worry. This store sent the album in a big box! Protected! And with a bunch of freebies 🥺 it arrived SUPER FAST, only 5 days. I told them yeonjun was my bias and the freebies were mostly him and idk if they are able to pick who you get in the album because I got yeonjun too!! I was so shocked! The only tiny issue and the reason why it’s not a 5 stars it’s because the photocard it’s a little damage. it’s a clear card and you can see some white marks on it. Specially in Kai’s pretty face :( but I don’t think that’s the store’s fault. I think they go out of their way to try and protect the album and if you tell them your bias they will try to give it to you 🥺🩵 The freebies are adorable and great quality! I feel that they really care about the costumer and want you to enjoy opening an album as much as possible. Thank you hello hallyu! You are the best! Definitely will buy here again 🫶🏻

This is my go to kpop shop. Good packaging and item arrived safely. Seller is very friendly. When I placed an order but one of my order is out of stock, seller reach out to me and offer option to either wait for new stock to arrive or cancelation and even offer free plush keychain because of the issue. I just wish they carry more varieties of kpop merchandise, then I don't need to look for it at other shop.

First Time Purchase

This was my first time ordering from Hello Hallyu and I must say, I am very glad I did. Even with the slight delay (package bounced around the US, probably delivering other albums) I will say, it was worth the wait. The album came with so many goodies and was so nicely packaged.
